Configure access, teams and modules

Set the prerequisites that determine how people use Bourgos.

Before you start

Tenant administration rights for the relevant settings.

Steps

1. Open administration using the settings control.
2. Review users, roles and team membership.
3. Enable the modules required by the organisation.
4. Choose ITSM Lite or CSM Full according to the intended operating view.
5. Verify the resulting experience with an appropriately scoped user account.

Expected result

Users receive the intended workspace and feature access.

Important behaviour

Administration mode changes the navigation context. Module activation does not automatically grant every user edit rights.
