2. Create a new version when the existing published guidance needs revision.
3. Review and publish the new version using the available lifecycle actions.
4. Use the permalink when sharing a reference and retire outdated material appropriately.

Important behaviour

An existing article cannot simply switch knowledge bases in the detail editor. Applicability controls depend on author access.
