Use My work and team queues

Find assigned work and work waiting for a person in your teams.

Before you start

ExpertHub access and relevant team membership.

Steps

1. Open My work for your cross-record work overview.
2. Open Team queues to review team work without an individual assignee.
3. Follow the item to its relevant list and open the record.
4. Check the current owner before updating assignment.

Expected result

You can move from a work overview to the record that needs attention.

Important behaviour

Queue navigation may take you to the corresponding list rather than directly opening a specific record.
