Follow the separate levels of a catalog request.

Before you start

Request visibility and fulfilment permissions for updates.

Steps

1. Open the request to review the overall order.
2. Open the requested item that needs attention.
3. Review its approval decisions and fulfilment tasks.
4. Update the relevant RTASK as work progresses.

Expected result

Progress is recorded at the level where the work takes place.

Important behaviour

A REQ is an order wrapper; a requested item is the fulfilment record. Do not treat them as the same entity.
