Create and reopen a report

Build a useful view over a supported reporting entity.

Before you start

Analytics enabled and reporting access.

Steps

1. Open Reporting and Dashboard.
2. Choose the entity you want to report on.
3. Configure the available filters and presentation options.
4. Run the report and inspect the result.
5. Save the report when supported and use Open saved report to return to it.

Expected result

You have a repeatable view of the selected operational data.

Review metric definitions and date scope before comparing results. Contact first-reply measures and incident SLA response measures are different.
