Run an inventory campaign

Verify physical inventory against recorded equipment.

Before you start

Asset Management enabled and campaign permissions.

Steps

1. Create a draft campaign and define the equipment to check.
2. Activate the campaign when verification can begin.
3. Record each check as confirmed, missing or discrepancy as appropriate.
4. Review outstanding checks and close the campaign when complete.

Expected result

Inventory verification is recorded with its outcomes.

Important behaviour

Printed QR labels link to asset URLs. Do not assume a built-in camera scanner or automatic discovery service.
