Request a service

Use the service catalog to ask for equipment or another available service.

Before you start

ServiceHub access and a published catalog item.

Steps

1. Open the catalog or an available request tile.
2. Choose the item that matches your need.
3. Complete its intake fields, including who the request is for where applicable.
4. Submit the request and follow its requested items in My Tickets.

Expected result

The request contains the items your organisation will approve and fulfil.

Important behaviour

Catalog questions and approval requirements are configured per item. Submission does not mean approval or completed fulfilment.
