- Open the Bourgos address supplied by your organisation and sign in.
- Use ServiceHub to request help, follow your tickets and find knowledge.
- Use AgentHub when you handle customer conversations for a service desk team.
- Use ExpertHub for specialist operational work and service management.
Expected result
You start in a workspace suited to your responsibilities.
Important behaviour
Access depends on assigned roles. A missing workspace is not evidence that your account is broken; ask your administrator to check access.
